Shipping Policy
At MRPAU Lab Supply, we understand that prompt delivery of your research materials is critical. We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Processing and Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Australian Eastern Time (AET: AEST in standard time and AEDT during daylight saving), Monday through Friday, are typically dispatched the same business day from Australian stock. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Shipping Methods
- Australia-wide Flat Rate Shipping: $11.95, with delivery typically taking 3-5 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Shown at checkout when the order qualifies; the same delivery estimate applies
We deliver to Australian metro, regional, and remote addresses using a standard parcel service. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch; remote and regional destinations may take longer. Carrier and tracking details, when available, are provided after dispatch.
Delivery Coverage
Online checkout is currently available for Australian delivery addresses only. For international supply enquiries, please contact our support team before ordering so availability and destination requirements can be confirmed.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of sterile lab supplies and research materials, our return policy is strictly enforced to ensure the integrity of our inventory.
Eligible Returns
We only accept returns for items that are:
- Unopened and in their original, sealed packaging
- Reported within 14 days of delivery
- Damaged during transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality control reasons, we absolutely cannot accept returns on:
- Opened vials, filters, or syringes
- Items with broken sterile seals
- Any liquid products (e.g., bacteriostatic water)
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at hello@mrpaulabsupply.com.au with your order number and reason for return. If approved, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions.
